Day 18 of the 3000km Challenge
After a week in the Alps I’ve now fallen behind by 50.69km of my expected target. I have to run at least 8.22km every day for 365 days so a week out means I need to catch up. I was back into my running routine today and my legs just about managed to cope but I still have plenty to catch up on.
11.27km today and managed to get some good photos. The next few days will be a shock to the system despite a hectic week in the mountains.
Thanks to those who’ve donated and are helping me raise money for the British Heart Foundation, VICTA and Cancer Research. I am currently at £4034 and attempting to hit £10,00 by the end of the year. If you would like to support my challenge please contact me or visit my just giving page and donate just a few pounds. Thank You.
